Fey Berman is Mexamerican. She was born in Mexico City and has been living in New York City for decades. She writes chronicles about the cultural and political life of the Hispanic community in the United States. Her work is regularly published in a variety of Mexican magazines and newspapers, including Proceso, Milenio, Nexos, Letras Libres, Día Siete, Eme-Equis, Confabulario, Personae es Excelencia and Reforma. She has a master’s and a PhD from NYU.
